1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nanofiber's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Nanofiber provides AI-powered lead generation and advertising services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through various advertising channels including social media platforms. Our services include lead discovery, targeted advertising, and connection facilitation.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and targeting complexity. Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as an individual who has:

• Actively engaged with your advertising content
• Expressed genuine interest in your product or service
• Provided accurate contact information voluntarily
• Met your specified demographic and behavioral criteria

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their target audience
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining professional communication with leads

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all parties involved in our lead generation process. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nanofiber's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We do not guarantee conversion rates or business outcomes. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, algorithms, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Nanofiber. Clients retain ownership of their business information and marketing materials.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to our services will be discontinued.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas.
